Vine apartments - Property Manager
Vine apartments is a well-known building located in the central Brisbane area. As the onsite management team, we are a small business that specialised in managing both long-term rentals and short-term stays. Real Estate experience is not essential and this role represents an excellent entry position to a great start of the property management career. We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and positive about their work with a highly skilled approach to customer service.

You will be required to maintain the high standard of service delivers to our guests, tenants, and owners with an emphasis on strong communication and organisation, reliability, and self-follow up to ensure all job expectations and procedures are completed within required time frames.

Essential for the role:

Natural aptitude in learning new systems and technologies
Willingness to hold yourself accountable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly developed organisation skills, teamwork skills
A passion to deliver superior customer service
Current QLD Drivers Licence

A snapshot of the role:

Cover receptionist duties, answer phones, receive parcels;
Process rental applications;
Perform on-call work (including after hours) if, and when required;
Prepare/file all necessary documents in a timely manner;
Conduct regular/ periodic inspects as required;
Liaise closely with the Property Manager and the Maintenance personnel to attend to all maintenance issues, and ensure they are attended to with necessary urgency as applicable;
