Accounts Receivables Officer

We are a leading food processing company located near Yatala. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive Accounts Receivables Officer with good time management skills to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate credit notes for customers;
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts; analyse aging reports and follow debt collection procedures to recover outstanding amount
  in a timely manner;
• Send statements, invoices and credit notes to customers;
• Manageaccount reconciliations;
• Negotiate with customers to finalise payment of outstanding accounts;
• Make payment arrangement and instalment plans with customers if necessary;
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM
  

Requirements for the successful candidate:

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills;
• At least 1 year accounting experience is preferred;
• Intermediate computer skills and familiar with MS Office Suite;
• Pronto system experience would be a bonus however not essential;
• Experience with working to tight deadlines;
• Demonstrate ability to build and maintain strong working relationship;
• Must drive to work;
• Valid working visa
