请问现在做雇主担保成功率高吗？有什么需要特别注意的地方吗？如果雇主担保拿到PR，自己做生意或者是有其他人愿意雇佣我，移民局会取消PR吗？谢谢

移民局的网站上这么写道：
856：
Obligations
Under the Employer Nomination Scheme:

the employer must comply with all relevant Australian standards and workplace legislation for wages and working conditions
the employee must comply with all Australian laws as a permanent resident.

857：Employee obligations
The employee must meet the following obligations.

commence employment within six months of arriving in Australia or within six months of the visa grant if they are already in Australia
remain employed in the nominated position in the regional area for at least two years.
The visa may be cancelled if the employee does not comply with these obligations to complete the two year contract with the employer.

因为856没有像857那样特别指明要完成两年的合同，是不是可以理解成856就没有强制性的完成合同要求呢？

通过雇主担保拿到PR的通常会有条款限制，不遵守条款会被取消签证。

得看你的签证上是否有条款。

856签证的问题是需要毕业生通过职业评估， 而且需要3年工作经验。

3年工作经验如果是CSL列表上的职业可以免除。

856签证没有condition

如果评估的职业在CSL清单上会比较快，不然的话要等很长时间。
