現有兩房單位出租 in Herston, $360/week
I have to break my current lease for 9 more months as I have to relocate overseas in this November, therefore it's an urgent situation.
On top of the hilly suburb, this unit has 2 bedrooms, one is ensuite.
Master bedroom has a ceiling fan. All window blinds are installed 1 month ago.
Toilet and bathroom are seperated
New gas stove was installed 2 months ago (the one in the pic was the old one)
Carpet was brand new since July when I moved in
Both living room and bedrooms has a panorama view.
Locked-up garage is provided
Pool is shared by the users in the aparment complex
Close to City but quiet,
3 mins walk to RCH train station with express bus to CBD every 5 mins;
5 mins drive to the Fortitude Valley/ QUT
RBWH is just one block behind the unit.
The unit will come unfurnished, but if you are approved by the landlord to move-in, I have a fridge, washing machine, bed, mattress, tables and some kitchen appliances for sale with good price.
