Job description:Key Responsibilities: - Scheduling and Resource Allocation:
- Plan and allocate daily driver runs efficiently, ensuring optimal use of vehicles and drivers.
- Optimize routes to minimize costs, reduce fuel consumption, and improve delivery times.
- Driver Communication and Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing clear instructions and timely updates.
- Address driver inquiries, resolve operational issues, and offer support during delays or challenges.
- Customer Service Coordination:
- Collaborate with customer service teams to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Tracking and Monitoring:
- Monitor driver progress in real-time using GPS or fleet management software.
- Ensure drivers adhere to schedules and delivery deadlines.
- Problem-Solving and Contingency Planning:
- Respond to emergencies, such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or route disruptions.
- Implement contingency plans to minimize delays and maintain service quality.
- Performance Optimization:
- Analyze fleet operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Suggest and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, routes, incidents, and customer interactions.
- Prepare reports on fleet performance, driver adherence, and operational metrics.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as customer service, maintenance, and management, to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in performance reviews and contribute to team improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications: - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,with fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin being highly important.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of route optimization and logistics planning.
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in documentation.
Work Environment: - Fast-paced and dynamic, requiring quick decision-making and adaptability.
- Involves both desk work (scheduling, documentation) and active communication (with drivers and customers).
1. 需要做事认真仔细,有责任心,学习能力强。要有独挡一面的能力。提供培训。
2. 有合法工作签证,长期工作,不请短期。
3. 需有至少一年以上澳洲办公室工作经验。
4. 中英文说写十分流利, 须有澳洲学历。
5. Office软件操作熟练,精通Word, Excel, Outlook.
6. 每周一至五为上班日,8:30-16:30。
工作内容:
1) 进出口海运货柜运输单证操作,包括和客户,码头,卡车运输的沟通协调。
2) 回复客户邮件以及电话(中英文流利)。
3) 办公室日常事务等
培训期一个月,试用期六个月。
