We are two quiet, responsible, Christian girls, looking for a like-minded female housemate to share a unit in Toowong.

We are renting out our furnished (Single Mattress, study desk and chair) single bedroom. Single bedroom has a celling fan.

It is a fully furnished three-bedroom unit with a very spacious living room.
There is a separate bathroom and toilet in the unit to be shared among all tenants.

You will be living with two girls-- a UQ student and a UQ graduate.

Lease starts on 11th Feb 2013 and ends on 10th Jan 2014.

Rent : $ 175
The rent does NOT include of utilities and internet. All bills are shared.

LOCATION IS EXCELLENT AND EXTREMELY CONVENIENT!
- Just 450m (7 min walk) to Toowong Village shopping centre and Toowong Train Station (Trains to city and to airport from city)
- Bus stops to city and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre (opposite Toowong Village)
- Appx 220m (5 min walk) to the main bus stop to UQ (412, 402, 411).
- There is also a bus stop with buses (402, 411) to UQ right in from of our building.
- Appx 10 min Bus ride to UQ
- 800m (10 min walk) to Regatta Ferry Terminal

There is also a nice and relaxed river view from our balcony.
