东区工厂冷库招Administrators, 年薪7万 + super , 有2个班次： 6:00am-2:00pm 或者 7:30am - 3pm the Roles: - RF Scanning
- Stock management
- Data entry, scanning, filing & uploading
- Liaising with truck drivers & clients
- Generating and distributing load sheets & con-notes
- Problem solving & general administration
- Adherence to all OH&S policies and guidelines
- Transport scheduling, manifests & invoices
- Regular overtime to complete load out
- Order projection
- Key core task would be order releasing by priority by priorities against time slots.
The ideal candidate must have: - Must have Data Entry experience
- Good computer skills including intermediate Excel and data entry
- A Professional work ethic with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have own reliable transport and drivers license
