About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
This is a part-time position (3 days per week), reporting to the Hospitality Manager. You will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, delivering exceptional customer service in a warm and welcoming manner. Additional shifts may be available based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage visitor sign-ins and maintain a professional reception area
- Handle mail, deliveries, and general administrative tasks
- Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties
About You
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front desk or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and patient when working with elderly individuals
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Flexible to work occasional weekend
