Salary: $50,775.71 – $66,576.58 per year (commensurate with experience)

Are you an organised, detail-driven professional looking for a secure, full-time role with room to grow? A well-established facility services company is expanding and looking for a reliable and experienced Bookkeeper / Administration Officer to become a key part of their success story.
Operating across multiple sites in Queensland, this company takes pride in delivering high-quality service and maintaining robust financial and administrative systems. As operations continue to grow, so does the need for dedicated support in the office.


About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position responsible for handling essential bookkeeping and administrative duties. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare BAS statements, financial reports, and ensure compliance with ATO regulations
  • Manage invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Perform general office tasks including data entry, correspondence, and filing
  • Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Liaise with external accountants, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Support HR administration including employee records and payroll
  • Help with stock control and inventory records
  • Provide administrative support to management

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of MYOB and bookkeeping processes
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
  • Payroll and HR administration experience is an advantage
  • A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desirable but not essential
