Applicants seeking Queensland Government nomination for the Skilled Sponsored (Residence) Visa (Subclass 886) must:
meet the Australian Government's eligibility criteria for that visa

have a job or job offer in Queensland in the nominated occupation (including a signed statement from the employer, and the name, address, ABN and contact phone number for the business)

provide evidence of Queensland residency (i.e. applicant's name on a rates notice, tenancy agreement or Queensland drivers licence)
