东区工厂冷库招Administrators, 年薪7万 + super ,  有2个班次： 6:00am-2:00pm 或者 7:30am - 3pm

the Roles:

• RF Scanning
• Stock management
• Data entry, scanning, filing & uploading
• Liaising with truck drivers & clients
• Generating and distributing load sheets & con-notes
• Problem solving & general administration
• Adherence to all OH&S policies and guidelines
• Transport scheduling, manifests & invoices
• Regular overtime to complete load out
• Order projection
• Key core task would be order releasing by priority by priorities against time slots.
  

The ideal candidate must have:

• Must have Data Entry experience
• Good computer skills including intermediate Excel and data entry
• A Professional work ethic with demonstrated problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Must have own reliable transport and drivers license
