移民方案大全：需要的朋友提问，在帖子里提供移民方案

你好Emic，
我想请教一下个人技术移民的问题。
我目前在QUT读会计硕士，明年年底毕业，15年4月才满25岁。
之前本科，通过合作项目在USQ读了一年，拿到了USQ的本科证书，也是会计专业的。USQ算偏远地区。
这样的话，如果我申请个人技术移民，能有偏远地区5分的加分吗？
两年的fulltime study应该是满足了，因为一共有两年半的时间在全职读书。
另外就是，两个学历，是不是只能加一次的学历分数？

还有一个问题是，我的男友是当地人，我们感情稳定，如果明年年初申请配偶移民的，最早也要2016年才能拿到pr吧？
如果我已经申请了配偶签证，但是我的雅思也考够4个7了，那能从配偶签证的tr转申请个人技术移民吗？

你的情况要获得偏远地区的额外5分加分需要在偏远地区学习2年以上。加入你递交配偶签证申请，有符合了189移民申请的条件是可以转成独立技术移民的，你把配偶签证申请撤销就可以了，如需协助和我联系，谢谢！！！！！！

Hi Emic,

My situation is:
- Holding student visa
- Bachelor of Architectural Design (UQ); Master of Architecture (UQ) (graduate in coming Dec)  
- 3 years working experiences in architectural firm (in AU)
- age 26-30 years old
My partner (girl friend) -
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (graduate in coming Dec)
- age under 25

I have been told to
- apply de facto partner visa (now)
- apply 189 (my girl friend as dependent applicant ) after graduated
- apply 485 while we are waiting for 189 visa

My questions are:
- My occupation is architectural associate/draftsperson , not exactly match SOI (architect) , can I apply 189?
- I found on IMMI website that I can include my partner in my 189 application as long as I have "evidence to demonstrate that you have been in a genuine and ongoing relationship for the 12 months immediately before making the application, unless there are compelling reasons." If I can apply 189, do I need to apply partner visa now?
- If I lodge 189 before my study visa expired, can I apply bridging visa type B to stay in AU instead of applying visa 485?

请问下什么样的途径比较稳妥
年龄28 雅思6分（单科不低5.5）
是走移民专业学习，下来考4个7走独立技术移民；还是走职业进修攒工作经验找偏远地区雇主担保；
请教下相对哪种路线成功率会更大
如果选择移民专业是否会计要优于计算机  或者您有什么推荐专业和学校
包括职业进修能否给予一些指点
最近几天就要做出选择，期待您的指点，非常感谢
