We specialise in the supply of high quality glass and fitting/hardware products used for fencing, balustrading, shower screens and beyond. We are specialists in glass products and accessories with a comprehensive product range to offer one-stop-shop experience to our customers. The Opportunity: We currently have an excellent opportunity for a motivated and well-organised Sales representative who provides outstanding quality customer service to join our team
Key responsibilities include:.
- Provide sales and customer service to existing and perspective customers including account management, resolution of customer complaints and customer/site visits
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Process quotes, orders and invoices with accuracy and attention to details
- Assist with phone, email and in-person enquiries regarding products, orders and delivery queries
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- General administration tasks and documentation
- The ideal candidate for this role:
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record as a sales representative
- Prior demonstrable experience in glass or building/construction industry will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of relevant glass industry practices
- Competent in using Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferable
