Clement是一个在审计行业有4年的海外工作经验的审计师，在他来了悉尼后因为缺乏工作经验让他的求职历程变得不是那么的顺利。加入白金助理会计培训课程之后，他学会了澳洲会计的套装软件，最近Clement成功地在当地的中型审计事务所中找到了一个毕业审计师的工作。

Hope you are well.

I would like to thank everyone at Plantinum Accounting office in Sydney for thetraining courses, it has been helped me a lot during the so many interviewsthat I had. I have recently secured an Audit Graduate position in an auditpractice firm.

Understanding how MYOB and XERO works in the background really helps, as I amnow involved in financial audit. So I get to understand how the accountingsoftware works and this will definitely help me challenge the client :)

Having worked overseas in internal audit, and minimum local experience inaccounting was a real challenge for me. During my first year, I was receiving alot of phone calls from several companies asking me about my local experienceand knowledge of accounting packages that I did use in the past, whichunfortunately I could barely answer those. My experience with the team has beenfruitful, the training approach and internship experience have helped me buildmy confidence.

Getting an accounting related job is very challenging, especially given thenumber of students going for this major nowadays. Employers are always lookingfor qualification, local experience and your knowledge about the accountingpackages that they use when you apply. I remember one that one question thatone interviewer asked me was "How confident I was in using XERO from ascale of 1-10?". Well it was not an easy answer to get straight awaybecause I did not want to rate myself to high and realise that I did not evenknow much about the system but neither too low as this would really impact onmyself. So I rated myself just above the average rating and also explained tothe interviewer that there are always improvements on the software on acontinuous basis, there are always new things to learn. The most importantthing about an interview is how to be a little modest, and show that you arewilling to learn. You never stop learning !!!
