The fully furnished unit is located in a very quiet place with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A large fully furnished master room is available from 29/08/2011 to 15/02/2012. Things we offer:
1. All the household appliances with one additional fridge.
2. A queen-sized bed with mattress, a desk, a desk lamp and a chair, a walk-in wardrobe, a fan with a spacious ensuite bathroom.
3. A lovely garden is in front of the entry path. Security door is installed at the front gate. A spacious garage is large enough to park two cars.
4. Only A few mins walk to 412, 411, 432,414, 428 or 417 to UQ, City or Indooroopilly, and close to Taringa railway station.
5. A couple or two persons are wanted to share the house with a couple working at UQ. The rent is $210/week including everything (130 G internet, electricity, water and telephone).
