移民局正在试行减少485审批时间的政策，大致如下：注册移民代理(Registered Migration Agent)可以签署一份声明，证明申请人的材料是完全的，移民局会优先考虑这些申请人，并在最快时间内做出审批。建议急等着485批下来才能申请PR的朋友们考虑让你的Agent帮你签一份这个声明。

Trial Processing System for decision-ready Subclass 485 visa applications
Inorder to speed up the processing of Subclass 485 visa applications, andto assist applicants who currently cannot lodge a further GeneralSkilled Migration visa application until the 485 is granted, theBrisbane Skilled Processing Centre (BSPC) is trialling a system wherebyyou as the registered migration agent can sign a declaration that youhave lodged a complete application, or that you are lodging a completeapplication.

Thisdeclaration is to advise BSPC that they may immediately decide theapplication as each and every required document has been lodged. BSPCwill then process the application.

Pleaseonly use this scheme if the application is absolutely COMPLETE. If anydocumentation is outstanding do not use this trial scheme.
