求租3月左右入住的AF的apartment，（一男生）价格合理公道。。要求睡觉非常安静，睡觉很讨厌吵闹，（喜欢安静的室友）然后屋内不吸烟。。受不了屋内吸烟的感觉，单独卫生间，本人，基本不做饭。。一个月应该不会超过一次。有的请联系light 0426263588, QQ313275915

Located in a 2 bedroom apartment close to Southport CBD. Five minutes walk to local bus stops. Buses available for all parts of the Gold Coast, including Route 700 which runs 24 hours a day. Ten minute walk to Australia Fair Shopping Centre. Master bedroom has ensuite & built ins. Apartment has air conditioning in the living room & there is a pool in the complex.

Master bedroom can be rented as a single or shared room, with one or two single beds, a study desk and bookshelf. Fast cable Internet provided. Electricity and internet included.

$210 for one person/week
$250 for two people/week
