Hello, couple is leaving from 5 bed room sharehouse in southport in Scarborough street. 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom. 3 other people and all working! Very nice bunch of people so we are like a family! One of the room is spare room! Not a party house but we try to hang out every now and then sometimes karaoke, bowling together! No owner living in the house! I'm just managing for the owner :)

Price: King size bed

$280 per week, 2 weeks bond.

After 6 month rent will be reduced to $270!

This includes:

Electricity and water

Extra toilet downstairs

Unlimited NBN wifi

Street car parking-FREE all day

Own room key and fingerprint front entry

Location:

2 min walk to bus stop: 711, 704

5min walk to another bus stop: 704, 719, 712, 711

5min walk to Oppane

8min walk to southport station.
