Associate Property Manager

The Role
You will be provided with unparalleled opportunities to develop and grow your real estate knowledge and experience with great training/personal development opportunities. You will be responsible for:
Assisting the senior property manager
Leasing
Processing applications
Routine inspections
Entries and exits
Maintenance management
The Candidate:
Previous experience in Real Estate is not essential – we are seeking someone with a stable resume!
A current certificate of Registration
Current driver’s license
Strong attention to detail both written and verbal
Fantastic attitude and excellent presentation
You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
